Job summary

AIA Hong Kong is recruiting for a 2027 Business Consultant Trainee (Fresh Graduate or TTPS/QMAS/IANG welcomed). The programme offers a 3-month pre-employment internship and a clear path to full-time Management Trainee leadership roles.

During the internship, you will be trained by experienced managers and mentored for future client-facing responsibilities in wealth management and retirement planning. TTPS/QMAS/IANG visa holders are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates of 2026/2027 welcome; TTPS/QMAS/IANG visa holders allowed.
• Willing to undergo a 3-month pre-employment internship before full-time conversion.
• Interest in wealth management and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients, including risk management and wealth planning.
• Conduct needs-based analysis to tailor solutions for clients and families.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and advisory decisions.
