AIA Hong Kong and Macau invites energetic graduates to join a wealth management trainee program in Hong Kong. You will build networks, learn to assess client needs across wealth, retirement, estate and risk planning, and gain practical knowledge of investment planning and portfolio management.

With comprehensive training, you will develop strong presentation and advisory skills while pursuing relevant professional licenses.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be open to learning about wealth management and financial planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Eligible for licensing examinations with subsidy upon passing.
• Interest in insurance and wealth management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build professional networks and develop long‑term client relationships.
• Understand client needs and exposure to wealth, retirement, estate and risk planning.
• Develop knowledge of investment planning and portfolio management.
• Strengthen presentation and client advisory skills, including taxation planning.
