CICC in Hong Kong seeks a versatile professional to support sales processes, manage IT projects such as system upgrades and UAT, and help ensure regulatory compliance in wealth management.

You will coordinate with multiple departments on daily operations, generate reports, assist with ad hoc tasks, and contribute to fintech initiatives, while using English and Mandarin fluently and working well in a team.

Qualifications

• Majors in finance, economics, fintech or CS-related fields preferred.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Word/Excel/PowerPoint); VBA/Python is a plus.
• Bilingual English & Mandarin, written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities; willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
• Team player with good collaboration skills and adaptability.

Responsabilités

• 1. Work closely with the sales team and conduct sales process management, including related data processing and report generating
• 2. Manage and track IT projects such as system upgrade and UAT; provide support throughout the life cycle of Fintech projects including coordination, estimation, timelines, and delivery
• 3. Design and implement operational procedures complied with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
• 4. Coordinate and communicate with other departments in terms of daily operational issues
• 5. Any other ad-hoc works required
