Job summary

CICC’s Wealth Management division in Hong Kong seeks a capable trader to execute multi‑asset trades on the international trading desk, supporting onboarding of new product structures and digitalization initiatives.

You will liaise with back‑office and counterparties, manage trade booking and settlement, and help develop new trading ideas, requiring 1–3 years’ financial industry experience and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, CS or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in the financial industry.
• Proficient in end‑to‑end workflows of offshore structured notes business and related trade execution.
• Fluent English with strong communication and document-processing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-asset trades for Wealth Management's international desk.
• Implement onboarding procedures and introduce new product structures.
• Support development of new trading and product ideas.
• Boost international trading and product-related digitalization projects.
• Assist with funds subscriptions and redemptions of proprietary FOF portfolios.
• Maintain relationships with counterparties and ensure issuer compliance.
• Manage trade booking, reconciliation, and settlement coordination with back-office teams.
• Create trading operation guidelines and SOPs.
