Job summary

Ikas International (Asia) Limited is seeking a Senior Support Manager to oversee the stability, performance, and enhancement of Wealth Management technology platforms. This role blends production support leadership with platform reliability initiatives across trading and post-trade systems.

You will drive incident management, raise monitoring and observability standards, and coordinate testing and deployments in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
• 5 to 15 years experience in application support, production support, SRE, or tech ops in financial services.
• Strong incident, problem management and root cause analysis experience.
• Knowledge of wealth management, securities trading, derivatives, and settlement processes.
• SQL, scripting, automation tools, or batch processing experience.
• Experience coordinating business continuity, disaster recovery, testing and change management.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

About the Opportunity

A leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced Senior Support Manager to oversee the stability, performance, and ongoing enhancement of its Wealth Management technology platforms. This position combines production support leadership with platform reliability initiatives, ensuring seamless business operations and an optimal user experience across trading and post-trade systems.

Key Responsibilities

Drive platform reliability and operational excellence across wealth management applications, including trading, settlement, and digital channels.

Identify operational risks, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for system improvements.

Enhance monitoring capabilities by defining alert frameworks, performance thresholds, and observability standards.

Lead incident management activities, including root cause investigations and follow-up remediation plans.

Participate in system testing, release activities, and production deployments.

Conduct routine health checks and operational monitoring to maintain platform stability.

Provide support during critical incidents and scheduled maintenance activities when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
