Job summary

CICC is seeking an organized Institutional Wealth Admin to support the Institutional Wealth Advisor in managing relationships with high-net-worth clients in Hong Kong. You will assist with paperwork, research, and coordinating with investment management, trading, operations, and customer services to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key duties include handling client inquiries, opening accounts, coordinating with back office on trading settlements, and arranging meetings and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Holder of SFC licenses preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the financial services or banking industry preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
• Good PC skills, ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Institutional Wealth Advisor with routine work, such as completing required paperwork, conducting research projects, and record maintenance.
• Respond to client inquiries and assist clients with their accounts, including opening accounts and checking activity.
• Prepare and process meeting coordination, document filing, expense reports, and travel arrangements.
• Provide administrative coordination with investment management, trading, operations, and customer services.
