Job summary

Experis in Hong Kong is seeking a Support Relationship Manager to assist in maintaining cordial client relationships and delivering quality services in wealth management. You will support Relationship Managers with portfolio monitoring, rebalancing, and transaction processing, and serve as the main contact for RM inquiries and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• University degree in Banking, Business Management, Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in finance, preferably CRM or wealth management support.
• HKSI securities licence and IIQE insurance licence holders preferred; meet SFO and Insurance Ordinance competency requirements.
• Strong sales and customer orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in building and maintaining client relationships and delivering quality client services
• Assist RMs in portfolio monitoring, rebalancing, and processing transactions
• Act as primary contact for RM client enquiries and administrative support
• Assist in client onboarding, perform KYC and due diligence, coordinate with internal departments to open accounts
