Job summary

Rental Hygiene Services Private Limited is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our Hong Kong facility, ensuring smooth receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities. You will manage inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with internal teams and external partners.

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations preferred.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient with inventory management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with ability to investigate discrepancies.
• Able to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic warehouse.
• Able to perform physical tasks; comfortable in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift license and class 3 driving license advantageous.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching goods to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, customers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of goods following company procedures to maintain quality and safety
• Operate warehouse management systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and shipments
• Prepare delivery orders, goods receipts, inventory reports, and other warehouse documentation to support operational transparency
• Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilization, and stock movement to identify and implement efficiency improvements
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to complete tasks safely, efficiently, and in compliance with operational standards
• Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and delivery issues, and implement corrective actions to resolve problems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing operating costs and enhancing warehouse performance
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor to support overall warehouse operations
