About the role

GD OVERSEAS LIMITED is seeking an experienced Warehouse operations to work with team and help all warehouse operations in our Fanling North District facility. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work with the team of 3 people and optimise warehouse efficiency, inventory management, and logistics processes. As Warehouse operator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, loading, unloading, packing, delivering, and driving continuous improvement across the warehouse.

What you'll be doing

• Working with the team of 3 people, warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, , and shipping of goods as per the invoice
• Taking inventory, conducting regular stock checks, and maintaining accurate records using physical record and company software
• Coordinating with logistics, sales, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Managing vendor relationships and coordinating with external logistics partners
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operator, shipping, packing and delivery of the goods and inventory control practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage and work with the teams effectively
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
