The role requires 10+ years in data analytics or data science, strong SME banking knowledge, and expert Python/SQL skills, plus exceptional stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in data analytics or data science.
• Strong SME and Corporate Banking domain knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and relational databases; hands-on analytics app development.
• Strong business acumen to translate data into insights and actions.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) and dashboards.
• Familiarity with modern data ecosystems and AI in analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, hands-on, and able to drive measurable business impact with data/AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data & analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling and GenAI-driven analytics.
• Act as a strategic data translator, turning insights into business actions and revenue impact.
• Partner with regional and in-country stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and manage risk controls.
• Design, develop, and automate dashboards and MIS using modern visualization and scripting tools.
• Build and scale data-driven products and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with regional analytics teams to promote best practices and consistent delivery.
• Support the design, validation, and evolution of scalable, governed data architecture.
• Identify and integrate traditional and alternative data sources for new use cases.
• Serve as a trusted analytics advisor translating data insights into business narratives and outcomes.
