Job summary

China CITIC Bank International is recruiting a Vice President for Production Management & Change Management to lead change control, IT governance, and disaster recovery efforts. The role requires overseeing policy development, annual version planning, and cross-department coordination to ensure production stability and regulatory compliance.

The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years in computer change management, strong people leadership, and banking domain knowledge; ITIL/COBIT

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in computer change management and technical support, with at least 5 years in people management.
• ITIL/ COBIT certification will be an advantage.
• Familiar with infrastructure domain and related hardware.
• Experience in SLA, problem, change and incident management.
• Knowledge of banking processes and year-end settlements.

Responsibilities

• Strictly implement safety production control and scheduling requirements; establish a stable, mature mechanism for ongoing safety production development.
• Oversee construction, updating, and revision of policy, standards, and processes within responsibility scope.
• Coordinate annual version deployment plans, change calendars, freeze periods, disaster recovery drills, and IT support for year-end finals.
• Manage disaster recovery activities and organize annual DR drills per compliance requirements.
• Oversee weekly CAM meeting requests and approvals.
• Manage daily IT change approval and full-change control; optimize change control processes.
• Register monthly release changes; summarize changes and report to management; review production change checklists.
• Coordinate access permissions to Production Access Room and conduct regular reviews.
• Propose optimization ideas for R&D processes from production/ops perspectives and promote adoption.
• Organize development and infrastructure teams to maintain key operational assets.
• Assist in evaluating performance of safety production and collect KPI data.
• Prepare meeting materials and reports related to work safety within scope.
• Organize governance initiatives to ensure production stability; perform auditing and reporting tasks for parent bank.
• Mainframe host management including MF EOS upgrades/renewals and security patches; manage MF BAUs like budgeting and project management.
• Other tasks assigned by management.
