Job summary

You will design robust controls, oversee AML policy compliance, and provide expert guidance across branches and processing units. Strong English and Putonghua communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in retail banking or branch operations design.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as project lead to adopt project management methodologies for core banking.
• Design UAT, prototype adjustments, and drive lifecycle activities.
• Provide guidance on workflow, system design and AML controls.
• Develop procedures to ensure compliance and address operational risks.
