Job summary

China CITIC Bank International Limited in Hong Kong seeks an AGM & Team Head, Project Management in Wholesale Banking Group to lead fintech strategy and manage major IT projects. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring quality delivery and regulatory compliance across the bank.

The role requires 8–10 years in banking or IT project management, CPFinT(A) preferred, and collaboration with overseas branches.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, IT, Project Management or related field.
• 8–10 years of banking/wholesale banking or IT project management experience.
• CPFinT(A) qualification preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of project management, risk, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define WBG Fintech strategy and plan aligned with the bank's priorities.
• Oversee budget and project schedule; deliver regular updates.
• Lead end-to-end project management from planning to implementation.
• Represent WBG in bank-wide fintech projects with ITG, BKO, LDO, PCO, TFO.
• Communicate with end users and coordinate with counterparts for quality delivery.
• Prepare project documentation and obtain approvals per guidelines.
• Provide advice on project development for overseas branches.
• Ensure projects undergo regular reviews for compliance and risk management.
• Implement anti-money laundering policies and procedures.
