Job summary

Doit, a regional fintech platform, seeks a VP of Operations in Hong Kong to own group-wide operations and drive fast execution across markets.

You will turn priorities into targets, establish ownership, timelines and operating plans, lead cross-functional reviews, and scale processes for planning, performance management and resource allocation. You will directly tackle critical projects to accelerate growth and improve efficiency.

About the Role

The VP, Operations will own group-wide operations and execution across Doit's businesses, functions and markets. The role is responsible for making sure priorities translate into clear ownership, measurable outcomes and fast execution.

• Ability to identify why a business or team is underperforming and implement the fix.
• Highly analytical with strong execution capability.
• Hands-on operating style - comfortable working directly with data, processes and teams.
