Job summary

Doit in Hong Kong is seeking a high‑impact VP of Finance to own the financial strategy and capital allocation across the group. You will lead group P&L, treasury and financial reporting, and build models for new products, markets and investments.

You will drive funding, acquisitions and key financial decisions in a fast‑growing fintech environment, partnering with leadership to scale businesses globally.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leader with tech/fintech experience.
• Strong FP&A, treasury and external reporting.
• Deep understanding of P&L and cash flow.
• Experience across multiple entities and countries.
• Hands-on with building and challenging financial models.

Responsibilities

• Own Group P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting and planning.
• Build financial models for businesses, products, market expansion and investments.
• Review revenue, costs, margins, unit economics and cash requirements by business.
• Drive capital allocation based on business performance and expected returns.
• Own treasury, tax, audit, controls and financial reporting across Group entities.
• Lead financing, investments, acquisitions and other transactions when required.
• Build finance systems and teams that can support additional businesses and markets.
