Job summary

Doit is seeking a Head of Design to own product design quality across its consumer products and brands. This hands-on leadership role directly influences our most important product experiences.

You will set the design direction, review critical journeys, and translate complex financial and AI workflows into intuitive consumer experiences. You will collaborate with product and engineering from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of shipped consumer technology products with meaningful usage.
• Deep product and interaction design capability, not primarily people management.
• Strong visual judgement and attention to interface details.
• Ability to prototype and communicate product interactions directly.
• Experience working closely with product and engineering on shipped products.
• Hands-on design style - able to create, critique and materially improve design work directly.
