Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd. seeks a Venture & Growth VP to originate deals and lead capital formation for warrants or case funds, leveraging existing relationships.

You will prepare rigorous fundraising materials and manage LP communications, reports, and annual meetings on a global scale. You will engage with institutional investors, respond to due diligence requests, and represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong investment experience is required, ideally from Venture Capital, Private Equity, Growth Equity, Investment Banking, or institutional platforms.
• Proven experience in independently developing investment case funds.
• Solid understanding of venture capital fund structures, portfolio construction, valuation methodologies, and LP reporting requirements.
• Experience engaging with institutional investors and sophisticated LPs globally.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
