Job summary

J.P. Morgan Margin Services is seeking a Product Manager to lead end-to-end product life cycle, acting as the voice of the client and delivering profitable products with client value.

You will drive strategy and innovation for margin and collateral management across uncleared and cleared derivatives and prime broker margining, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, resilient solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Securities Services, collateral management, derivatives clearing, financing or lending.
• English is required. Mandarin and Cantonese are beneficial for regional client coverage; Japanese, Korean or another Asian language is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly matrixed, complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and innovation for margin and collateral management across uncleared and cleared derivatives and prime broker margining.
• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to clients.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover client solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Lead strategic product engagement for assigned clients, including regular reviews and senior stakeholder updates.
• Build capability across the organization by sharing product expertise and coaching colleagues.
