Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a product management / product development role, ideally within Markets Trading/Sales or electronic product development.
• Knowledge of Equity Derivatives trading business and products or other equivalent asset class.
• Proven ability to market products and collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and management.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferable.
• Strong understanding of electronic sales/trading workflows, including quote distribution, algorithmic execution, client-facing e-trading platforms, FIX connectivity, and automation across the end-to-end trading lifecycle.
• Strong programme or project management experience.
• Strong communication and partnership skills.
• Experience of working with technology teams.
• Structured and analytical approach.
• Commercially focused and entrepreneurial.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
• Ability to formulate a future state vision and execute on implementation.
• Understanding of market structure and how it is likely to evolve.
• Ability to leverage data to drive decision making and to drive the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Take full end-to-end ownership of new business initiatives and technology transformation projects with a focus on automation.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to elicit requirements, drive feature prioritization, and coordinate delivery across Sales, Trading, QR, Data, and Technology teams.
• Manage product governance and facilitate strong project management.
• Partner with technology to prioritise development work, allocate resources, and coordinate implementation roadmaps.
• Interact directly with internal and external clients to understand requirements and priorities.
• Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders on progress.
• Track product adoption targets and maintain regular user engagement.
