Job summary

FWD Group is seeking a senior health-innovation leader to identify priority opportunity spaces across markets, pilot AI-enabled claims, digital health journeys, and enrolment automation. • Experience building investment, venture, and business cases for innovation opportunities.
• Strong understanding of partnership models with startups and early-stage ventures.

Responsibilities

• Scan health-tech landscape and build a pipeline of vendors and ventures.
• Lead multi-market capability building and drive value realisation across markets.
• Design and run pilots with defined success metrics (AI health claims, predictive analytics).
• Govern partnership models, due diligence, and contracting with external vendors and startups.
• Report progress and value realisation to senior leadership.
