The Job Partner with business stakeholders across functions to proactively identify high‑impact GenAI and digital transformation opportunities. Translate complex business problems into well‑defined solutions, requirements, and target‑state workflows potentially combining GenAI, low‑code automation, and enterprise systems. Accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of AI & digital initiatives – from developing and managing delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and budgets across multiple concurrent initiatives. Lead feasibility assessments covering technical complexity, data readiness, risk, and scalability. Support prioritization decisions for AI initiatives through recommendations and trade‑off analysis. Act as the primary bridge between business, IT, data, risk/compliance, and external vendors. Resolve delivery, dependency, or risk issues proactively.
