Job summary

FWD Insurance seeks a seasoned FP&A professional to support management accounting reporting, planning and forecasting. The role involves handling data from multiple sources to enable comprehensive sales analysis and management reporting across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of FP&A or financial reporting experience in insurance, with strong Power BI & MS Office skills, and a CFA/CPA/Actuarial qualification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
• Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA/Actuarial is preferred.
• 5 years of relevant FP&A or financial reporting experience, preferably in insurance/financial sector.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI) and MS Office suite.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support managers/supervisors in management accounting reporting, analyses, planning and forecasting.
• Process data from multiple sources to support sales analysis and management reporting.
• Design, build and maintain analysis templates for management decisions.
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Products, IT, Operations and Channels to ensure data readiness and accuracy for FP&A.
• Assist in applying AI / advanced analytics to enhance forecasting and reporting.
