Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Accounting or related disciplines; CFA/FRM preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in financial risk management in regulated financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and instruments.
• Proven project management, leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Strong reporting, data management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• ERM Framework: Support execution and continuous enhancement of the enterprise risk management framework.
• Risk Reporting: Facilitate enterprise risk reporting and monitoring for management committees and the Board.
• Key Risk Identification: Identify emerging risks impacting financial performance.
• Analytical Support: Provide risk commentary and insights for management.
• AI & Risk Data Solutions: Design and manage AI-driven risk data solutions and analytics.
• Collaboration: Consolidate information with risk teams and develop presentation materials.
• Team Development: Coach and mentor team members.
• Trading Book & Limits: Manage trading book matrix and risk limit systems.
• Risk Limit Monitoring: Ongoing monitoring of exposures within authority and limits.
• Limit Review: Assist in reviews of risk appetite and limits.
• Incident Reporting: Monitor and report financial risk incidents.
• System Implementation: Participate in risk system implementation.
• Committee Support: Prepare and coordinate risk management committee meetings.
• Provide ad hoc support as assigned.
