Job summary

HKT is seeking an experienced professional to act as Assistant Vice President - Project Management & Governance within the Group Risk & Regulatory function in Hong Kong. The role drives enterprise-wide initiatives across risk, regulatory compliance, governance and data/AI governance, partnering with senior leaders to ensure successful delivery and robust governance.

Qualifications

8–12 years in project management, governance, risk, compliance or transformation.
Experience in financial services or heavily regulated industries preferred.
PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum or similar certification is advantageous.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage strategic, regulatory and transformation projects from initiation to delivery.
Develop governance structures, milestones, resources and reporting frameworks.
Monitor risks, dependencies and issues; drive timely resolutions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business units, technology and control functions.
Prepare executive reports, dashboards and committee papers for senior stakeholders.
