Chong Hing Bank Limited is seeking a seasoned deposits-focused professional in Hong Kong to formulate deposit and segment strategies, drive portfolio growth, and enhance customer experience. The role emphasizes developing high net worth client propositions and optimizing deposit structures for profitability.

The ideal candidate has extensive retail banking experience, robust knowledge of deposit-related regulations, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 8 years' working experience in deposits and integrated service or related areas of retail banking, preferably with exposure to product development.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking, especially deposits and integrated service related regulatory requirements
• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills and able to work independently and handle multitask
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic with excellent negotiation and influential skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Formulate deposits and segment strategies to grow deposit portfolio, achieve business targets and improve customer experience
• Develop the proposition of the customer segment so as to grow high net worth customers
• Manage and optimize the deposits portfolio and structure in order to maximize the profitability
• Identify business opportunities and product gaps of general banking services so as to meet customers' changing needs and to deliver business growth
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, latest policies and service standard of deposits product and general banking services by enhancing procedures and systems
