Job summary

Chong Hing Bank Limited is seeking a seasoned deposits-focused professional in Hong Kong to formulate deposit and segment strategies, drive portfolio growth, and enhance customer experience. The role emphasizes developing high net worth client propositions and optimizing deposit structures for profitability.

The ideal candidate has extensive retail banking experience, robust knowledge of deposit-related regulations, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines.
Minimum of 8 years' working experience in deposits and integrated service or related areas of retail banking, preferably with exposure to product development.
In-depth knowledge of retail banking, especially deposits and integrated service related regulatory requirements
Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills and able to work independently and handle multitask
Self-motivated, enthusiastic with excellent negotiation and influential skills
Proficiency in MS Office and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage.
