Haitong International Securities Group Limited in Hong Kong seeks a diligent professional to support day-to-day IPO and corporate finance transactions, coordinate with legal, accounting, and advisory teams, and help prepare proposals.

The candidate should have a university degree, knowledge of securities markets, fluent English and Chinese, Mandarin, strong PC skills, and the ability to work under pressure as a team player.

Formación

• University degree holder.
• Knowledge about securities market and corporate finance activities.
• Good command in English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is a must.
• Good PC knowledge (MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Able to work under pressure.
• Self motivated and a good team player.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for day-to-day execution of IPO and other corporate finance transactions.
• Coordinate the works of other professional parties in IPOs and other corporate finance transactions.
• Review and comment on all relevant transaction documents.
• To mentor and coach associates and analysts in deal execution matters including reviewing the works done by associates and analysts.
• Assist in project origination including pitch-book and proposal preparation.
• Perform other job duties as assigned from time to time.
