Job summary

Quam Capital Limited seeks a finance professional to support IPO sponsorship, M&A and advisory work in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform financial analysis, valuation, and prepare proposals and documentation while researching markets and building financial models. Strong English and Mandarin, plus 3+ years corporate finance experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Finance degree required with 3+ years corporate finance experience.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Mature, responsible, independent and self-initiated.
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
