Job summary

Guoyuan International Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced IBD Corporate Finance VP/SVP to oversee the origination and execution of IPOs and other capital markets transactions. You will manage project teams, coordinate due diligence, and ensure timely deal execution while maintaining compliance with Listing Rules and regulations.

The role requires strong knowledge of IPO sponsorship, excellent client and regulator communication, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting or finance with professional qualifications (CPA/CFA) preferred.
• SFC Type 6 RO with IPO Sponsor Principal qualification.
• At least 10 years in corporate finance with successful IPOs as sponsor.
• Strong knowledge of Listing Rules; Takeovers Codes preferred.

Job description

At least 10 years of solid experience in corporate finance with good track record of successful IPOs as sponsor

Strong knowledge in the Listing Rules is required and Takeovers Codes is preferred

Independent, proactive, responsible, a good team player and willing to travel

Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills; and

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must
