Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a senior corporate finance professional to lead IPO execution and related capital market advisory work, coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliant, successful transactions.

The candidate should have 10+ years in corporate finance, deep knowledge of listing rules, and a track record in IPOs/M&A/ECM. Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and frequent travel are required.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of corporate finance experience, preferably in investment banking or other professional services industries.
• Extensive knowledge of listing rules and regulatory requirements, capital markets, industry guidelines.
• Proven track record in IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and equity capital market transactions.
• Licensed as a Principal for Type 6 regulated activity (Advising on Corporate Finance) by the SFC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of a full range of corporate finance services for IPOs and related capital market advisory transactions.
• Participate in defining the scope of due diligence reviews.
• Stay informed and provide guidance on key issues related to each sponsorship appointment.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, risk management protocols, and industry best practices within the Investment Banking Department.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders to foster business growth and trust.
• Oversee ad-hoc projects and provide strategic insights to support the firm's long-term objectives.
