TF International Securities seeks a senior corporate finance professional to lead IPO execution and capital market advisory. The role requires deep experience with listing rules, M&A, and equity markets, and a proven sponsorship track record; travel is expected.

You will coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance, build client relationships, and deliver strategic insights aligned with the firm’s long-term objectives. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.

Competenze

• At least 10 years of corporate finance experience, preferably in investment banking or other professional services.
• Extensive knowledge of listing rules and capital markets, with a track record in IPOs, M&A, and equity capital markets.
• In-depth understanding of investment banking regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
• Licensed as a Principal for Type 6 regulated activity (Advising on Corporate Finance) by the SFC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Willingness to travel frequently for work.

• Lead the execution of a full range of corporate finance services for IPOs and related transactions.
• Participate in defining the scope of due diligence reviews.
• Stay informed and provide guidance on sponsorship appointments and regulatory issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliant operation and transactions of the Investment Banking Department.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders to foster growth.
• Oversee ad-hoc projects and provide strategic insights to support long-term objectives.
