Global Financial Institution in Hong Kong seeks a Vice President – Compliance Quality Assurance (APAC) to lead independent reviews, QA frameworks, and business control testing across Debt Capital Markets, Fixed Income, and Regulatory Trade Reporting in APAC. Role focuses on regulatory alignment with HKMA, SFC, MAS, and others.

Responsibilities include end-to-end testing of front-to-back controls, MNPI handling, and governance of QA findings with senior leaders.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Economics, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CAMS, CICA) advantageous.

Mansioni

• Design and refine a risk-based Compliance QA and monitoring framework for APAC markets.
• Perform end-to-end testing of front-to-back controls and trade workflows to identify deficiencies.
• Review trade reporting accuracy and timeliness under HKMA, MAS, ASIC and other regimes.
