Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) is seeking a senior leader for the Collateral Services function within the Settlement and Collateral Services domain. The role focuses on driving collateral management initiatives, with emphasis on repo and fixed income products, to support robust risk controls, settlement accuracy, and operational resilience.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant services.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years’ experience in financial industry with back-office ops.
Strong knowledge of repo transactions and fixed income products, including trade lifecycle and settlement.
Proven record leading initiatives, system implementations or market infra developments.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Collateral Services team for HKEX Clearing Houses.
Drive development of collateral management services focused on Repo and Fixed Income.
Lead strategic projects, system infra, regulatory enhancements with timely delivery.
Plan, prioritize and allocate team resources to meet business needs and senior expectations.
Drive automation to enhance efficiency, scalability and risk management.
Engage stakeholders on readiness, risk control, service enhancement and issue resolution.
Foster high-performance culture and talent development.
