Understanding of securities lending concepts, recalls, collateral, and settlement processes.
Familiarity with APAC market practices and settlement timelines.
Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

Support daily processing and monitoring of securities lending transactions, including settlements.
Manage recall process of securities loans with timely communication to meet APAC timelines.
Monitor and resolve fails with internal and external teams.
Support buy-in processes to minimize risk.
Liaise between trading desks, clients, and counterparties.
Process, monitor, and analyze transactions; resolve inquiries promptly.
Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify transaction information.
Perform reconciliations to third parties and drive resolution of breaks.
Respond to client queries with clear, timely communication.
Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
Collaborate to provide recommendations on basic inquiries.
Contribute to team objectives and operational excellence.
