Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking a dynamic Sales & Branch Leader in Hong Kong. You will drive sales and customer experience across the branch, mentor staff, ensure compliance with RI and TR requirements, and build a high-performing team to achieve growth targets.

You will coordinate with district heads, manage referrals, and safeguard regulatory standards while delivering superior service to overseas and local customers in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in business or finance or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; overseas customer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and drive branch performance through needs-based selling.
• Manage staff development, performance, and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and handle escalations per procedures.
• Oversee audit/compliance and risk controls in daily operations.
