Job summary

DBS Bank (Indonesia) in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to lead branch sales and deliver tailored financial solutions with service excellence. You will drive growth, oversee a team, and maintain strong customer relationships from the One Island East location.

The role requires a university degree, RI and TR registrations, and a solid background in consumer banking, sales leadership, and regulatory compliance. HKMA guidelines and robust controls are emphasized throughout.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in consumer banking with at least 3 years in sales management.
• At least 2 years in branch operations.
• University degree preferred; CFP/CFA advantageous.
• Must be registered RI (Type 1 & 4) with HKSI papers 1, 7 & 8; or equivalent; must be registered TR with IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 & 5; or equivalent.
• Preferably CI – CRWP (ECF-RWM).

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive branch sales performance aligned with objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives and annual plans.
• Oversee call activities and weekly sales planning.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, FNA, PDPO and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience and manage audits.
