Job summary

Robert Half Hong Kong Limited in Hong Kong is recruiting a seasoned Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to manage and deepen an existing blue-chip/local client portfolio. You will originate new relationships, build strategic account plans, and lead senior client discussions to drive cross-sell across M&A, structured products and global markets.

The role requires 8–12 years of relevant experience, superb stakeholder management, and fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in corporate banking relationship management or corporate coverage.
• Proven track record in portfolio development and new-business origination.
• Experience covering blue-chip and/or local corporates in Hong Kong.
• Strong commercial judgement and senior stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working with investment-banking, structured-product and global-markets teams.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Self-directed and polished, with the ability to balance farming and hunting responsibilities.
