Job summary

Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising, Space, Range & Display Manager for a leading multinational FMCG and beauty retailer in Hong Kong. The role drives innovative merchandising strategies across the store network in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead space planning, range and display strategies, and customer experience initiatives, collaborating with Commercial, Operations, Design and Finance teams to optimise store presentation and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead macro and micro space planning, floor plan development and space reallocation.

• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Design, Finance and suppliers to drive merchandising priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end store merchandising projects, timelines and budgets.
