Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in premium steakhouse or grill.
• Expertise in open-fire and charcoal cooking across meats, seafood and vegetables.
• Strong beef sourcing, dry-ageing, butchery and yield control.
• Ingredient-led, disciplined menus that transcend classic steakhouse format.
• Calm, confident leader with a track record of training high-performing kitchen teams.
• Commercially astute with solid control of food cost and GP.
• International experience is essential; Asian exposure is a plus.
• As part of the interview process, food tasting is required.
