Job summary

Wings Recruitment Partners Limited is seeking a Virtual Relationship Manager for a well-established bank in Hong Kong. You will manage client relationships, identify financial needs, and deliver tailored advice aimed at wealth creation and capital preservation.

Requirements include at least 1 year of investment sales experience, HKSI 1, 7, 8 (IIQE 1–3 preferred), fluent Chinese, English and Putonghua, and a university degree or higher.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year investment sales experience.
• Passed HKSI 1, 7, 8 is a must and IIQE papers 1–3 is preferred
• Strong knowledge for Investment, Global Market, Insurance product.
• Fluent Chinese, English and Putonghua in written and speaking.
• University degree or above preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with a portfolio of customers.
• Acquire, develop and retain relationships with a portfolio of customers.
• Help clients articulate their needs and deliver to exceed client expectations.
• Provide financial advice which leads to wealth creation and capital preservation.
• Achieve agreed KPI objectives and profit growth through development of existing and new customer relationships.
