Job summary

WallStone Partners & Company Limited is seeking a mature, proactive Customer Service Assistant for a 1-year contract at the Wealth Management Centre in Central, Hong Kong. This is a non-sales role delivering personalised service to VIP and High-Net-Worth clients in a professional environment.

Diploma or above is preferred; fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required, with prior customer service experience from luxury retail, hospitality or related fields welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above is preferred.

• Experience in luxury or premium service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and personalised service to VIP/HNW clients regarding insurance services.
• Welcome and assist VIP customers and agents during visits to the Wealth Management Centre.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support with a professional approach.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service.
• Maintain a polished, professional image and uphold high service standards.
