Fulbright Financial Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Service Officer (wealth management) to provide high-touch, timely service to HNW clients via hotline and digital channels, with focus on smooth end-to-end service.

You will support pre-sales with product information, data consolidation, and client documentation, and handle post-sales processing while ensuring compliance with SFC regulations and internal guidelines. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in wealth management or securities firms.
• Prior experience serving HNW / VIP clients is highly preferred.
• HKSI Paper 1, 7, and 8 qualifications, or holding SFC Type 1 license is an advantage.
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Good business acumen with knowledge of financial markets.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, numerically proficient.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-touch, timely, and professional customer service to HNW clients via hotline, instant messaging platforms, and other digital communication channels.
• Involve in the entire sales process and ensure a smooth procedure.
• Assist in pre-sales process including providing investment products information, data consolidation and analysis, introducing company services, and managing and verifying client documentation.
• Handle post-sales transaction processing, trade execution follow-ups, APP usage, and inquiries on clients' account status.
• Ensure all clients documentation handling and transactional processes are fully compliant with SFC regulations and internal compliance guidelines.
• Initiate contact with potential or non-active clients when necessary.
• Assist in any assignments as requested by the team.
