WallStone Partners & Company Limited, on behalf of a leading multinational insurance company in Hong Kong, seeks a mature, proactive and service-minded Customer Service Advisor to join the Wealth Management Centre in Central. This is a non-sales, premium service role serving VIP/HNW clients in an exclusive environment.

Responsibilities include providing professional personalised service, handling inquiries, welcoming VIP customers and agents, and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above is preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Mature, proactive and customer-oriented with strong responsibility.

Our client is a leading multinational insurance company in Hong Kong, looking for a mature, proactive and service-minded Customer Service Advisor to join their Wealth Management Centre.

This is a non-sales, premium customer service role, providing personalised service to VIP / High-Net-Worth customers in a professional and exclusive environment.

*Candidates from customer service, high-end retail, hospitality or property customer service are highly welcome!

1-year Contract

Location: Central

Salary Package: HK$22,000–25,000/month + Attendance Bonus + Gratuity Bonus + Medical + AL + Birthday Leave

Responsibilities:

Provide professional and personalised service to VIP customers regarding insurance policies and coverage

Be the dedicated site visit ambassador to welcome and assist VIP customers and agents during their visits to the Wealth Management Centre.

Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate support in a timely and professional manner.

Build positive and long-term relationships with customers through excellent service.

Maintain a polished and professional image and uphold high service standards.

Requirements:

Mature, proactive and customer-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility

Customer service experience is preferred; high-end retail / premium service experience is an advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Diploma or above is preferred

Fluent Chinese, English and Mandarin in Written and speaking

Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, both written and spoken

Well-presented and comfortable working with VIP / premium customers
