Mytheresa is urgently seeking a Personal Shopping & Client Relations Manager in Hong Kong. In this role, you will act as a key contact for top clients, develop personalized relationships, and service both new and existing clients by identifying sales opportunities that cater to individual tastes.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in luxury fashion or e-commerce, demonstrate a passion for customer service, and possess fluency in English and Cantonese. You will create exceptional experiences for clients and work collaboratively with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Service new and existing clients and provide a book with former clients.
• Identify and prioritize sales leads.
• Implement new selling ideas to meet sales targets.
