Job summary

Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong seeks a passionate Family Experience Host to deliver personalised service to guests and ensure a smooth daily operation of the Family Lounge.

You will welcome VIP guests, handle check-ins/outs, and tailor experiences through attentive service and hotelier courtesy. The role requires hospitality qualifications and strong interpersonal skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in hospitality management.
• Experience in Hotels/Clubhouses/Theme Parks is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Customer-oriented and team player.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests throughout their stay.
• Handle check-ins/outs and rooming for special arrivals (e.g. family suites, limousine).
• Update VIP lists and guest preferences in GuestPedia to anticipate needs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
