Job summary

Odoo is seeking a Vietnamese Content Translator for a 1-year contract to localize our entire website and software UI from English to Vietnamese, tailoring the tone for B2B executives. You will also adapt technical docs, knowledge base content, and marketing materials to support regional campaigns.

Collaborating with marketing and sales, you will build glossaries, maintain consistency, and ensure high-quality localization across platforms.

Qualifications

• Native Vietnamese with strong copywriting/editing skills and good English for coordination with APAC & HQ teams.
• Proven experience in B2B translation/localization or content management.
• Ability to manage time well, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Localize website content from English to Vietnamese for B2B audience.
• Translate software UI, error messages, dashboards, and in-app tooltips for Vietnamese users.
• Localize technical docs, knowledge base, whitepapers, and installation guides.
• Translate marketing materials to support regional lead generation.
