Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Hong Kong-based Copywriter with native-level Hong Kong Chinese and strong English fluency. You will transcreate global content, adapt messaging for local audiences, and ensure consistency with lululemon’s brand voice across digital, retail, and social channels.

You will manage multiple localization projects, collaborating with cross-functional partners and contributing to style guides and terminology development.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Hong Kong Chinese and local market nuances.
• Professional fluency in English for global collaboration.
• 5+ years in copywriting, transcreation or brand storytelling.
• Strong portfolio across formats and channels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Solid understanding of brand communication and consumer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, on-brand Hong Kong Chinese copy across digital, brand, retail, social, product education, and other channels.
• Transcreate and adapt global English content into culturally relevant Hong Kong Chinese messaging while preserving brand voice and tone.
• Create localized content that resonates with Hong Kong audiences while maintaining global standards.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and quality through editing and proofreading.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, localization, and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive work.
• Provide linguistic insights and recommendations to regional/global stakeholders.
• Develop and evolve Hong Kong Chinese style guides, tone-of-voice and terminology.
• Leverage understanding of Hong Kong consumer behavior and market trends to strengthen brand storytelling.
• Manage multiple localization projects with deadlines and high-quality standards.
