Job summary

• Lead and oversee HKEX’s strategic initiatives in Hong Kong’s securities and derivatives markets.
• Drive Stock Connect related projects to bolster liquidity and market integrity.
• Coordinate with IT teams, regulators, and market participants to ensure project success.
• Manage budgets, timelines and cross-divisional accountability.

Candidates with a background in finance, sales and trading, research, journalism with understanding of Stock Connect are highly desirable.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
