Qualifications

• 15 years in capital markets with focus on project execution or operations.
• Deep knowledge of market structure design and exchange lifecycle (trading, clearing, settlement, risk).
• Experience in multinational financial institutions preferred; knowledge of HK/Asia markets a plus.
• Fluent Mandarin and English; Cantonese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic market design initiatives across cash, derivatives and connections markets.
• Own end-to-end project planning, ensure timely, on-budget delivery and readiness.
• Analyze global and Mainland regulatory shifts to adapt market strategies.
• Engage with executives, regulators and IT teams to align on strategy and policy.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering continuous improvement.
