Colliers in Hong Kong is seeking an Analyst in Business Valuation to support valuation of enterprises, intangibles, and financial instruments across diverse industries. You’ll apply quantitative and analytical skills to evaluate opportunities and assets, perform market research, and contribute to valuation reports for local and international clients.

You will collaborate with seasoned valuation professionals, develop financial models, and gain exposure to varied industries and methodologies

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Quantitative Finance, Actuarial Science, or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years of experience in investment, valuation, corporate finance, or audit firm; Fresh graduates with relevant academic background will also be considered.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modelling skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw practical insights.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and sound business acumen.
• Hard-working, proactive, and able to manage multiple assignments while delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with data analytics, visualization, or programming tools (e.g. Python, VBA) is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Apply quantitative and analytical skills to evaluate businesses, investment opportunities, and complex financial assets across a diverse range of industries.
• Perform financial analysis, valuation modelling, market research, industry benchmarking, and data-driven assessments.
• Contribute to transaction, financial reporting, dispute resolution, and strategic advisory engagements.
• Assist in the preparation of valuation reports, client presentations, and other key deliverables for local and international clients.
• Work closely with experienced valuation professionals and gain exposure to a broad range of industries, valuation methodologies, and real-world business challenges.
